It's A Big Day In Our House - 10/20/20

So today is a big day in our house!

FIRST, because Jack turned 16 today and got his driver's license! Woo hoo for a 3rd driver in the house! We were up and out of the house at 6:45 and the first in line at the Testing Location and were home in time for him to log into his first class at 10:00 am.

SECOND, because I had my final fill at the Plastic Surgeon's office this afternoon. He said we need to give everything 2-3 weeks to settle in and for me to be sure I am where I want to be size-wise and then we can schedule my final reconstruction surgery so I can put this behind me and start 2021 on a fresh note! I'm excited but apprehensive at the same time because it's another long surgery (3 hours) and recovery will not be quite as hard as the first but will kind of set us back a little bit as far as how I am feeling physically but......again, we have another driver in the house so Jack will be able to help out a ton more!

That's all for today. Nothing else exciting to report! Just celebrating where Tim and I were 16 years ago today and the LOOOOOONG day that we had waiting for Jack to make his arrival!
