A Shower! - 9/6/20

The excitement in our house today was that (with Tim’s help) I was able to take a shower! It was an exhausting effort but we got it done. And oh, it was an educational experience for Tim as well in regards to the amount of shampoo and conditioner that I go through in ONE shower vs what he goes through. I think I had to say “more shampoo please” about 5 times before there was enough to do my hair and the conditioner, I just said “squeeze it until I tell you to stop!”. 🧴

I am still dealing with migraine like headaches which we believe is occipital neuralgia (I’ve dealt with it before after surgery years ago) so we may see if we can go see the chiropractor on Tuesday after my Drs appointments to see if they can help me get some relief. 🤞

Discomfort in my chest is still there as well but we are staying on top off the Tylenol, Motrin and muscle relaxers pretty well which help it not get too out of control.
